  • Here we offer an in-house, meticulously crafted bespoke experience for clients.

    This unique offering transcends conventional furniture/joinery options for clients.

    IDEA OUTLINE.

    Send us a brief along with a sketch or inspirational image of what you have in mind. Important information includes the dimensions; finishes; and whether there are any access issues in getting the finished item on site, which will determine how it is made.

    We will assist you in anything you’re not sure about ­– for example, we can send you samples of our standard finishes to choose from.

  • QUOTES.

    Once we have all the information we need, we’ll send you a quote. It will include our production lead time, and details about the final delivery.

    If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll ask you to draw up a purchase order.
    (A purchase order is essentially a list of what you want to buy. It lays out the order details, including quantity and types of products the buyer needs, as well as payment terms and delivery details). Once your 50% deposit has been received, we shall iron out the specification and sign off.

  • PRODUCTION.

    Lead times are typically 12 weeks from sign-off, depending on the complexity of the piece and our capacity at the time. The logistics team monitor production to make sure everything is progressing as it should.

    Towards the end of this process, they will be in touch to request a final payment and arrange delivery.

  • DELIVERY.

    Once the piece is ready, we can deliver to site, or you can arrange to collect it.
